The “Formative” years
I studied Fine Art at the Victorian College of the Arts majoring in Modern Sculpture and supported by my Mentor David Evison the Artist in Residence at VCA from the UK.
During that time my obsession was building a large scale Digital Controlled Analog Synthesiser “Harry 6800” based on the ETI synth modules & the Motorola 6800 Processor, pre dating Apple II.
After playing on The Ferrets album “Dreams of Love” & “Night Moves” Concert album, Molly Meldrum booked EMI’s Studio 301 in Sydney and my passion for Recording, Composing, Producing & Engineering began.
“Overture” Chris Harold guitar, synthesiser, piano, harpsichord, mandolin / Tony Brown vocals. Recorded on 4 track reel to reel 1975
